How to use 

Use daily to help prevent redness flare-ups in eczema-prone skin.

1) Damp skin method - Apply a thin layer of Probiotic Coconut Oil to damp skin 2-3 times a day (after showering or lightly dampening the skin). This helps the oil adhere to the skin, locks in moisture, and reduces oiliness.

OR

2) Combine with Hydrating Cream - Apply a thin layer of Probiotic Coconut Oil, followed by a layer of Hydrating Cream (ideally wait 5-10 mins between the coconut oil and cream, to protect the live Lactobacillus). The Hydrating Cream provides additional barrier protection, and helps reduce oiliness.
